Southwark Council Compelled to Repair Pilasters and Stuccowork
The PTRA is happy to report that a disrepair case taken to arbitration has been declared in resident’s favour. The complaint demanded that Southwark Council take immediate action to repair the external stucco decorations of 56–192 Crampton Street; 1-96 Iliffe Street; 1-48 Peacock Street; and 1-56 Penton Place, which have not been decorated since 2007.…
