Southwark Council’s repairs teams will be hosting a drop-in session at the Pullens Centre where you can report issues, follow up on existing repairs, and book future repair appointments.

On the day, Southwark Council’s team will be on-site to handle any small repairs, and if a job requires more time, they’ll book another appointment and follow up with you. Additionally, a Damp and Mould team will be present to conduct assessments, provide treatments, and answer any questions you may have.

Tenants will have the option of inviting a member of the repairs team into their homes to undertake a ‘flat MOT’.
