Leaseholder Meeting with Council Officials to address concerns around Major Works Invoicing – 13 March at 6:30pm


We have finally (and unfortunately at short notice) received confirmation about the availability of Council Officers and Councillors for a Leaseholder Meeting that we will hold now on Wednesday 13 March 2024 at 18:30 at the Pullens Centre.

The meeting will be attended by Councillor Natasha Ennin, Council Officers Desmond Vincent (Assistant Director of Building Safety), Richard Ndudi (Head of Investment), and Trevor Wellbeloved (Homeownership Manager).

In the meeting we would hope to be able to address the following issues:

  1. Transparency about and breakdown invoiced costs in the final bills
  2. Accuracy of invoicing
  3. Payment modalities
  4. Communications practices and failures

We are sorry that this announcement comes at very short notice, but please come and disseminate widely.

We hope to see you all next week for this important meeting.
