The TRA Committee has received a number of enquiries regarding the final invoices issued by Southwark Council toward the end of 2023 for charges relating to the Pullens Warm, Dry & Safe / Fire Risk Assessment major works.
A Committee meeting is scheduled on Monday 15 January 2024 at 7 pm at the Pullens Centre. The Major Works invoice is on the agenda and residents are encouraged to come along to help us find the right way how to help people understand their rights and options relating to the bills.
Further to this, a meeting of Leaseholders is being planned. Representatives from Southwark Council and the Newington ward Councillors have been contacted about this issue and invited to attend a meeting. Details of this meeting will be posted around the estate once confirmed.
